Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $3,000.00 warrant in favor of Eileen & Paul Schmidt, c/o Brian C. Fawber, Esquire, Schiffman & Wojdowski, 1300 Fifth Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, in settlement of a lawsuit in which Plaintiff wife was injured, charging same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2006.
