Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and/or the Director of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into an Agreement or Agreements to the use of existing Agreements, providing for a Contractor or Contracts or the use of existing Contracts, providing for repairs, maintenance, improvements, emergencies, and/or the purchase of materials, equipment, supplies, and professional services in connection with the Community Streetscape Planning and Development, at a cost not to exceed $200,000.00, chargeable and payable to the following account:
