Resolution accepting the dedication of a parcel of land at Market Street between Fifth Avenue and Liberty Avenue, for street widening purposes, in the 1st Ward, 6th Council District.

WHEREAS, PNC Bank Corporation, owner of certain property in the 1st Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, shown on Exhibit Plan of Market Street Widening, has dedicated said portion of property for street widening for public highway purposes.
Be it resolved by Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. That accepting the dedication of property for street widening purposes as described below:
All that certain parcel of land, dedicated for public use right of way, situate in the 1st Ward, City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bound and describe as follows:
Beginning at a point at the intersection of the northerly right of way line of Fifth Avenue, 60.07' feet wide, and the westerly existing legal right of way line of Market Street, 40.05 feet wide; thence from said point of beginning by the northerly legal right of way line of Fifth Avenue, N 61° 40' 00” W a distance of 9.95' feet to a point on the proposed westerly required right of way line of Market Street, said point also being on the easterly property line of land now or formerly PNC Financial Services Group, Inc.; thence by the proposed westerly required right of way line of Market Street N 29° 21' 15” E a distance of 117.17' feet to a point on the southerly right of way line of Liberty Avenue, 80.09' feet wide; thence by the southerly right of way line of said Liberty Avenue N 73° 16' 00” E a distance of 14.35' feet to a point on the westerly existing legal right of way line of said Market Street; thence by the westerly existing legal right of way line of said Market Street S 29° 21' 15” W a distance of 127.32' feet to a point at the intersection of the existing westerly right of way line of said Market Street and the n...
