Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the City of Planning to enter into a Professional Services Agreement(s) and/or Contracts with rePLACE Urban Studio to support planning efforts to stabilize and preserve abandoned structures in the Hill District, with cost not to exceed Forty-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Eighty ($49,680) dollars.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Professional Services Agreement(s) and/or Contracts with rePLACE Urban Studio for costs associated with the support of planning efforts to stabilize and preserve abandoned structures in the Hill District and providing for the payment of the costs thereof, for a sum not to exceed Forty-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Eighty ($49,680) dollars.
Funds shall be paid from the following:
• Local match of twenty-four thousand six hundred eighty ($24,680), to come from the operating budget JDE Job Number 11101.110000.53.53901.2024
• PA Historical and Museum Commission grant award of twenty-five thousand ($25,000.00), from JDE job number 1129400448.53901.00
Section 2. Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
