Resolution amending resolution No. 543 of 2022, entitled "Resolution authorizing the Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh and the Director of the Department of Public Works to enter into a cooperation agreement with the Urban Redevelopment Authority, in order to receive a grant from the Pennsylvania Budget Office Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program, for the renovation of Warrington Recreation Center in the amount of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND ($1,500,000.00) dollars, and authorizing expenditures for this stated purpose" to accept the grant and authorize necessary expenditures.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution No. 303 of 2021, entitled "Resolution authorizing the Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh and the Director of the Department of Public Works to enter into a cooperation agreement with the Urban Redevelopment Authority, in order to receive a grant from the Pennsylvania Budget Office Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program, for the renovation of Warrington Recreation Center in the amount of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND ($1,500,000.00) dollars, and authorizing expenditures for this stated purpose," is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into a cooperation agreement with the Urban Redevelopment Authority, in order to receive a grant from the Pennsylvania Budget Office Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program, in the amount of ONE MILLION FIVE HUDNRED THOUSAND ($1,500,000.00) DOLLARS for the renovation of Warrington Recreation Center. Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund account 4029400403.45505.00.
Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are further authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements, and/or a contract or contracts, or utilize existing agreements or contracts, not to exceed ONE MI...
