Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of P. L. Frank, Inc., in the amount of $10,351.35, for providing an energy cost management study in connection with the replacement of an existing chiller for the Schenley Skating Rink Refrigeration Equipment, charging the same to Account 600000, Fund 5100, Org 301000, Sub-Class PGHPR, Project/Grant 2245000, Budget Year 2000.
