Resolution authorizing the transfer of One Million ($1,000,000) Dollars for the acquisition of fleet vehicles and equipment, from the Bureau of Fleet Management's operating budget to the Equipment Leasing Authority's Salvage Account at PNC Bank.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The City Controller is hereby authorized and directed to transfer the amount of One Million ($1,000,000) Dollars from the Bureau of Fleet Management's operating equipment account to the Equipment Leasing Authority's Salvage account.

                     The funds will be transferred from Organization Code: 123000, Fund: 1000, Account: 542700, Sub: 120, Budget Year 2001 to the Equipment Leasing Authority's Salvage Account at PNC Bank, Account Number 00-0122-7872.
