Resolution amending Resolution No. 665 approved October 15, 2013, providing for the implementation of the Residential Parking Permit Program (RPPP) area “R” in the Bloomfield community (Council Districts #7) to expand the district to include additional addresses pursuant to Pittsburgh Code Chapter 549.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Within the area bounded by: Fisk, from Penn to Howley; Canoe Way, from Clement Way to a point approximately 80 feet north of Cabinet Way; Cabinet Way, from 40th Street to Main; Howley, from 40th Street to Main; Clement Way, from Fisk to Main including only 4051, 4053, 4061, and 4069 Liberty; Mintwood, from 40th Street to Fisk; Mintwood, from 39th Street to Fisk; Ella, from Panama to end; Pearl, from Panama to end; Panama from Ella to Pearl; Idaline, from Ella to Pearl; Garnet, from Liberty to end; and Minerva, from Ella to Pearl; the south side of Penn, from 40th Street to Fisk; 40th Street, from Cabinet to Woolslayer.
IS HEREBY AMENDED TO READ:
Section 1.
