Resolution providing for an Agreement, or Agreements with the Urban League of Pittsburgh, for the implementation/administration of the Housing Counseling Program, and related costs, in the amount not to exceed $100,000.00 (ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement/Agreements, in the form approved by the City Solicitor with the Urban League of Pittsburgh, for the implementation/administration of the Housing Counseling program, and related costs, in the amount not to exceed One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000), chargeable and payable from the following account:

1230310125 $100,000.00
Finally, that any Ordinance or Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution, is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
