Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of Public Safety are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Western Pennsylvania Regional Urban Search & Technical Rescue Team to administer Pennsylvania Strike Team 1, for a total not-to-exceed amount of FOUR MILLION FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY-SEVEN DOLLARS ($4,480,727) chargeable to and payable from Grants Trust Fund Account 2529400520.53901.00.

Section 2. Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
