Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements for the provision of operating support to the following Community Based Organization undertaking community economic development activities: East Liberty Development and South Side Local Development Company at a cost not to exceed $1,125.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with the following Community Based Organizations for the provision of operating support in undertaking community economic development activities: East Liberty Development, Inc. and the South Side Local Development Corporation, at a cost not to exceed $1,125.00, chargeable to and payable from the Community Based Organization Trust Fund as follows:  566100-2810-110000-600-N/A-2001.
