Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Resolution 525 of 2024, entitled "Resolution amending Resolution 578 of 2021, which authorized an American Rescue Plan Act Agreement or Agreements with the Pittsburgh Parking Authority ("PPA"), by adding "Mellon Square storefront support" as an additional authorized project at a cost not to exceed One Million Five Hundred Thirty-Six Thousand Three Hundred Ninety-Eight Dollars and Eleven Cents ($1,536,398.11), for a total authorized spend not to exceed One Million Six Hundred Sixteen Thousand Three Hundred Ninety-Eight Dollars and Eleven Cents ($1,616,398.11)," is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Pittsburgh Parking Authority ("PPA") for the completion of initiatives approved in the City of Pittsburgh's American Rescue Plan Act allocation, at a cost not to exceed One Million Six Hundred Sixteen Thousand Three Hundred Ninety-Eight Dollars and Eleven Cents ($1,616,398.11)
Funds to the PPA shall be paid from the American Rescue Plan Trust Fund, JDE account 0222905500.53901.00.
Section 2. The initiatives and dollar amounts to be included in the Agreement or Agreements shall be as follows:
$1,536,398.11 Mellon Square storefront support
$23,383.20 Kirkwood Ave. grant match
$56,616.80 EV charger support
Section 3. The City of Pittsburgh reserves the right to re-appropriate funds from said Agreement or Agreements.
