Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The City of Pittsburgh does hereby designate Jennifer Sample Presutti, Assistant Director- Office of Management and Budget and Mike Gable, Director - Department of Public Works as the officials to execute all documents and agreements between the City of Pittsburgh and the Commonwealth Financing Authority to facilitate and assist in obtaining a Multimodal Transportation Fund grant of $700,000 from the Commonwealth Financing Authority to be used for Streetscape Improvements to Broadway Avenue in Pittsburgh’s Beechview neighborhood.
