WHEREAS, the Thomas Merton Center is a 501©(3) non-profit corporation by maintaining its principal place of business and conducts its principal activities in the City of Pittsburgh.

WHEREAS, The Thomas Merton Center desire to operate certain small games of chance and/or conduct raffles to generate funds to finance its operation and further its purposes; and,
