Title
Resolution amending Resolution #788, effective October 17, 1995 entitled, "Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements with the Urban League for the provision of Housing Counseling services at a cost not to exceed $100,000.00", so as to reduce the amount allocated to $99,844.05.

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Resolution #788, effective October 17, 1995, which presently reads as follows:
The Mayor and the Director of City Planning on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the city Solicitor, with the Urban League of Pittsburgh for the provision of Housing Counseling services at a cost not to exceed $100,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the 1993 Community Development Block Grant Program, Department of City Planning, Project No. 4-35-05-0076-93-516-93-35, Index No. 616334.
Is hereby amended to read as follows:
