Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows;

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of  Burns White, LLP, Four Northshore Center, 106 Isabella Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15212, in an amount not to exceed Five Thousand, Four Hundred Fifty-Two Dollars and Thirty-Six Cents, ($5,452.36), said amount representing payment for expert consulting services related to Beech Construction v. City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas Case Number GD13-007626, chargeable to and payable from Organization 11101.53.53517.108000.2014.
