Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of Public Safety are hereby authorized and directed to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into a one-year Professional Services Agreement or Agreements with the Family Life Empowerment Community Development Corporation for the purpose of enhancing the continuum of services provided through the Pittsburgh Group Violence Intervention Street Outreach Program at a cost not to exceed One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($150,000.00), chargeable to and payable from the following:
