Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Finance (on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh) to acquire all rights, title and interest to the property located on Coyne Terrace in the 15th Ward and identified as Block 54-R, Lot 92 in the Deed Registry Office of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania and known as the “Coyne Terrace Stairs” for the sum of Six Thousand Nine Hundred dollars ($6,900.00) plus all necessary and incidental expenses in connection with such acquisition.

WHEREAS, the City of Pittsburgh desires to acquire all rights, title and interest in and to the above-listed property in the 15th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh to maintain public access to the Coyne Terrace Stairs, for the sum of Six Thousand Nine Hundred ($6,900.00) plus all necessary and incidental expenses in connection with such acquisition, and;

 

WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Pittsburgh desires to give approval to the acquisition.

 

 

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     That the Mayor and the Director of Finance (on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh) is hereby authorized to acquire, for the sum of Six Thousand Nine Hundred ($6,900.00) plus all necessary and incidental expenses in connection with such acquisition, all Beth Cronin’s rights, title and interest in and to the property known as Block 54-R, Lot 92 in the 15th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh. The acquisition is to be paid from the following account: 2023.6000360122.54207.00.

 

Section 2.                     The City of Pittsburgh is authorized to incur said necessary and incidental expenses in connection with said acquisition.
