WHEREAS, the City of Pittsburgh desires to acquire all rights, title and interest in and to the above-listed property in the 15^th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh to maintain public access to the Coyne Terrace Stairs, for the sum of Six Thousand Nine Hundred ($6,900.00) plus all necessary and incidental expenses in connection with such acquisition, and;

WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Pittsburgh desires to give approval to the acquisition.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     That the Mayor and the Director of Finance (on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh) is hereby authorized to acquire, for the sum of Six Thousand Nine Hundred ($6,900.00) plus all necessary and incidental expenses in connection with such acquisition, all Beth Cronin’s rights, title and interest in and to the property known as Block 54-R, Lot 92 in the 15^th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh. The acquisition is to be paid from the following account: 2023.6000360122.54207.00.

Section 2.                     The City of Pittsburgh is authorized to incur said necessary and incidental expenses in connection with said acquisition.
