Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or to use existing Agreements, in connection with the design services for the replacement of the Davis Avenue Bridge, at a cost not to exceed $250,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following account:
