Body

Be it Resolved that the Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of General Services and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or use existing Agreements and/or a Contract or Contracts, or use existing Contracts for the 4th Floor Renovation of the City County Building, Department of Personnel and Civil Service; and for the purchase of materials, supplies and equipment and/or services for said project at a cost not to exceed $385,000.00 chargeable to and payable from the following Code Account:
