Resolution providing for a Professional Service Agreement with Big Picture Lab, LLC for video production services in an amount not to exceed Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00). Of the total cost, Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($12,500.00) will come from the HUD Trust Fund and Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($12,500.00) will come from the Commission’s Community Development Block Grant funding.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Human Relations Commission, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a professional service Agreement, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with Big Picture Lab, LLC for fair housing video production services, in an amount not to exceed Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00), chargeable and payable from JD Edwards as outlined in Section 2.B.
Section 2.A. This agreement for Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($25,000.00) will be split between the Commission’s HUD Trust Fund and the 2018 portion of the Commission’s Community Development Block Grant funding allotment. The amount from each account will be Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents ($12,500.00), again not to exceed a total of Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($25,000.00).
Section 2.B. The City Controller shall encumber funds for the contract, as requested by the Human Relations Commission, as follows:
