Resolution amending Resolution No. 757 of 2002, entitled "Providing for the filing of a Community Development statement by the City of Pittsburgh with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for a grant in connection with the 1993 Community Development Block Grant Program "so as to transfer funds from line items in the Department of City Planning. City Council, and Department of Personnel and Civil Service line items to the Dept. of Public Works (Street Resurfacing)."
