Title
An Ordinance Amending the Pittsburgh Zoning Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article 1, Chapter 902, Section 902.03, Zoning District Maps No. 7 and 8 by changing various zoning district classifications in the Beechview community in accord with the Pittsburgh Neighborhood Remapping Project relative to the City's new Urban Zoning Code.

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. Section 902.03, Zoning District Maps No. 7 and 8, of the Pittsburgh Code are hereby amended so as to change the following zoning district classifications:

1. From "R2-L" Residential Two-Unit, Low Density and "PO" Park and Open Space to "R1A-M" Residential Single-Unit Attached, Moderate Density all that certain property bounded by: Shadycrest Drive, the easterly and southerly bounded line of lot number 354, block 16-B in the Allegheny County lot and block system, lot number 1, block 16-B in the aforesaid system, lot number 16, block 5-J in the aforesaid system, the "H" Zoning District boundary line located east of Shadycrest Road between lot 59, block 5-P in the aforesaid system and Tropical Avenue, Tropical Avenue, lots numbered 9 and 2, block 16-B in the aforesaid system, 19th and 20th Wards. .

2. From "PO" Park and Open Space to "R1D-L" Residential Single Unit Detached, Low Density all that certain property bounded by: lot number 120, block 16-F in the aforesaid system, lot number 300, block 16-B in the aforesaid system, lot number 1, block 16-B in the aforesaid system, and the existing "R1D-L" Zoning District boundary line located west of Shadycrest Road, 19th and 20th Wards.

3. From "PO" Park and Open Space and "NDI" Neighborhood Industrial District to "HC" Highway Commercial District all that certain property bounded by: Banksville Road, lot number 130, block 16-E in the aforesaid system, the southerly and westerly boundary lines of lot 120, block 16-E in the aforesaid sy...
