Resolution granting unto Big River Development LP, 15 Twenty-Seventh Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, their successors and assigns, the privilege and license to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, trees, grates and planters on the right-of-ways of Railroad 23rd and 24th Streets for the Cork Factory Urban Lots in the 2nd Ward, 6th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. That Big River Development LP, 15 Twenty-Seventh Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, their successors and assigns, are hereby granted the privilege to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, trees, grates and planters on the right-of-ways of Railroad 23rd and 24th Streets
23rd Street between Smallman Street and Railroad Street sidewalk r.o.w. - 13' 8”.
Two (2) 6'x20' planting areas (including trees) and Two (2) 5' grates with trees on the sidewalk area.
23rd Street between Railroad Street to Allegheny River sidewalk r.o.w. - 11” sidewalk. 10 trees in five 5'x 45' planting area on the sidewalk area.
24th Street-between Smallman Street and Railroad six (6) trees with 5' grates sidewalk r.o.w. - 10' 3”.
24th Street-between Railroad Street and Allegheny River- 10 trees in 10 5' grates, sidewalk area 12' (7' SW sidewalk area on private property).
Railroad Street: Two (2) 25' x 2' 6” and One (1) 40' x 2' 6” planters on the 8' 6” sidewalk area, extending 1' over the property line.
The said encroachment shall conform to the provisions of their resolution and in accordance with the Plan identified as Accession D-617 on file in the Division of Surveys, Department of Public Works.
Section 2. The said Grantee prior to the beginning of the construction of said encroachment shall submit to the Director of the Department of Public Works of the City of Pittsburgh a complete set of plans, in triplicate, showing the l...
