Title

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or to use existing Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor for Engineered Polymer Solutions to convey to the City an easement in EPS' riverfront property at Lot 2, Valspar Subdivision Plan, recorded in Plan Book Volume 207, pp. 18 and a9, on January 30, 1998 located in the 27th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh for the purpose of installing and maintaining a riverfront greenspace.  In return, the City will convey to EPS its easement rights in property acquired through a Rails to Trails easement so that EPS may install and maintain a buffer zone between the greenspace use and its neighboring commercial property.  City will also undertake to maintain the retaining wall along the Ohio River on the greenspace property.
