Resolution designating Banks and Lending Institutions to act as Depositories for the year 2007 in accordance with the Pittsburgh Code, Title Two, Fiscal, Article III, Depositories.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      Depositories of moneys of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby designated as follows for 2007:

1. Mellon Bank, N.A., PNC Bank, Iron and Glass Bank, National City Bank,

First Commonwealth, ESB Bank, Allegheny Valley Bank,  Sky Bank and Citizens Bank.
