Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Manager of the Office of Municipal Investigations, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to issue a warrant, in the amount of Four Thousand, Four Hundred Nine Dollars and Fifty-Nine Cents ($4,409.59) to CSI Investigations for a third party, independent use of force opinion related to OMI Investigation# 17-164. Funds for this warrant shall be chargeable to and payable from 11101.240000.53901.2018.
