Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Human Resources and Civil Service to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Workpartners (Life Solutions) for services relating to the administration of the City of Pittsburgh’s Employee Assistance Program for a sum not to exceed Forty Nine Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($49,500.00) over one year and for the payment of the costs thereof.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Human Resources and Civil Service, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Workpartners (Life Solutions) for services relating to the administration of the City of Pittsburgh’s Employee Assistance Program for a sum not to exceed Forty Nine Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($49,500.00) over one year.
Funds shall be paid from the following accounts:
2024: $49,500.00 from 11101.109000.52.52111.2024
Section 2. Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
