Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement of Cooperation with the Port Authority of Allegheny County in conjunction with the Authority's Stage II Light Rail Transit Project.

Section 2.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Reimbursement Agreement with the Port Authority of Allegheny County for the design and reconstruction of the Englert Street and Overbrook Way pedestrian bridges over Saw Mill Run at a cost not to exceed $70,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following account:
