Resolution Authorizing and directing the Director of Finance and the City Treasurer to prepare a report on the distribution of Property Tax Appeals throughout the City of Pittsburgh.

Body

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.  The Council of the City of Pittsburgh authorizes and directs the Director of Finance and the City Treasurer to prepare a report on the distribution of Property Tax Appeals throughout the City of Pittsburgh.  The report is to include, but is not limited to, the distribution of Property Tax Appeals by neighborhood, ward and district.

Section 2.                     The report is to be presented to Pittsburgh City Council not later than thirty (30) days from final passage of this resolution.
