Title
Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements, in connection with the procurement of professional services for inspection of and subsequent repairs to the Charles Anderson Bridge; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof. Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or to use existing Agreements, in form approved by the City Solicitor, with a Consultant or Consultants, for Design of the repairs to the Charles Anderson Bridge, at a cost not to exceed $100,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following account(s):
