Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Safety to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into an Agreement or Agreements with Allegheny County to receive funding for hazardous material incident response in the amount of FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($50,000) over two years.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows: 
 
Section 1.                     The Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Safety, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Allegheny County to receive funding for expenses related to hazardous material incident response in the amount of FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($50,000) over two years.
 
Section 2.                     Funds from said agreement(s) shall be deposited into the following account:
 
2025:                     2200244100.45115.00                     $25,000.00
2026:                     2200244100.45115.00                     $25,000.00
 
Section 3. Said Agreement(s) shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
