Resolution amending Resolution No. 568 of 2019, authorizing an amendment or amendments(s) to the existing Rooftop License Agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and 600 GS Prop LP, a Pennsylvania limited partnership, in order to extend the term through December 31, 2028, at a total cost not to exceed THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY-SEVEN DOLLARS AND FIFTY-SIX CENTS ($380,387.56).

Whereas, pursuant to Resolution 401 of 2009, effective July 16, 2009, the City of Pittsburgh (the "City") entered into a Rooftop License Agreement (the "License") with 600 GS Prop LP for a three (3) year term in order to enhance its digital video camera platform; and
Whereas, the term of this License was subsequently extended by the parties to extend the term through May 5, 2023; and
Whereas, the parties now wish to again formally amend the License to extend the term through December 31, 2028.
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor, Director of Innovation & Performance, and Director of Public Safety on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to amend the existing Rooftop License Agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and 600 GS Prop LP to extend the term through May 5, 2023December 31, 2028, at a cost not to exceed Two Hundred Twenty-Eight Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-Nine Dollars and Forty-Nine Cents (228,559.49) THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY-SEVEN DOLLARS AND FIFTY-SIX CENTS ($380,387.56) appropriated for the same, chargeable to and payable from the following account(s):
