Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $3,492.00 warrant in favor of Perry L. & Lora S. Sigesmund, c/o Stephen F. Capone, Esquire; Capone & Associates, 210 Grant Street, Suite 300, Pittsburgh, PA  15219, in settlement of a claim for reimbursement for sidewalk damage and labor costs related to installation of a new curb water box from city tree roots at 2835 Smallman Street, Pittsburgh, PA  15222, charging same to Code 11101.58.58105.108000.2015.
