Title
Resolution further amending resolution No. (619) 635 of 2004 entitled "Adopting and Approving the 2005 Capital Budget and the 2005 Community Development Block Grant Program and approving the 2005 through 2010 Capital Improvement Program" by adding $6,047,160 of refinanced bond funds to various 2005 line items.

Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. (619) 635, effective January 1, 2005, as amended, which presently reads as per Column A,
