Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. Resolution No. 704, effective January 1, 2008, as amended, entitled: “Adopting and approving the 2008 Capital Budget and the 2008 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2008 through 2012 Capital Improvement Program,” is hereby amended and supplemented by realigning City funds between various projects, and by reducing reimbursable federal funds for projects that will not proceed in 2008:
