Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement with City Source Associates, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, for all necessary and incidental expenses incurred in the implementation of the "Side Yard Program", at a cost not to exceed $50,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the 2002 Community Development Block Grant Program, Department of Finance – "Side Yard Program", Fund 2610, Organization 107000, SubCode C2002, Year 2002, Project No. 2239509, Account 566100.
