Body

Be it resolved by the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to provide "funding for matching grants" with the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources to enter into Agreement or Agreements, or contract, or use existing Agreement(s) or contract(s) with consultant, vendors and/or contractors for the purpose of analyzing and managing the natural systems of the City's Parks and open spaces of the City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed $300,000.00 chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:

      500000-5100-110000-PGHPR-2267026-2002      $200,000.00

      500000-5100-110000-PGHPR-2267026-2003      $100,000.00

Section 2.  Any Resolution or Ordinance or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
