Title

Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety to enter into a professional service agreement with Lyceum to provide data city-wide data collection and analysis services for the Multiple Pathways Project.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety are authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements with Lyceum LLC to provide city-wide data collection and analysis services for the Multiple Pathways Project with a cost not to exceed Thirty Eight Thousand Dollars ($38,000). Such amounts shall be payable from the following: Fund 2481 Org 21000 Subclass 600 Account 526100 BY 2008. The agreement or agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor in form and substance.
