Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follow:

Section 1.                       The Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City, are now authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Duquesne Light Company for a license to erect, install, and use an underground electrical system and associated apparatus upon the City’s property at 611 Second Avenue for the purpose of electrical and/or telecommunications services.
