Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Director of the Department of General Services and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts for the Purchase and Installation of Decorative Lighting at various locations throughout the City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed Five Hundred Seventy Thousand, ($570,000.00) Dollars, chargeable to and payable from Fund 5100, Org. 400000, Sub-Class PGHPR, Project Number 2267226, Budget Year 2003, Account 525500, Department of Public Works.
