Resolution providing for a Contribution Agreement or Agreements between the City of Pittsburgh (City) and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) for costs associated with the SR 4003, East Street and Evergreen Rd. Project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Thirty One Thousand and Five Hundred Dollars ($31,500.00).

WHEREAS, PennDOT has under its jurisdiction State Route 4003,
WHEREAS, PennDOT is undertaking a project State Route 4003 to improve from Segment 0006/0000 and 0007/0000 to Segment /Offset 0016/0000 and 0017/0000,
WHEREAS, The City wants to increase the scope of work by the addition of Supplemental Improvements of items described in Exhibit C.
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Contribution Agreement or Agreements with PennDOT for costs associated with SR 4003, East Street and Evergreen Rd. Project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Thirty One Thousand and Five Hundred ($31,500.00), to be paid from the following accounts:
