Title
Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Zoning Code, Title Nine, Article One, Chapter 902 Section 902.03, Zoning District Maps Nos. 6 and 7 by changing various zoning district classifications in the Allegheny Center neighborhood in accord with Map Pittsburgh: Zoning for your Neighborhood, the city's zoning re-mapping project relative to the city's new Urban Zoning Code.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 902.03, Zoning District Maps Nos. 6 and 7 of the Pittsburgh Code is hereby amended so as to change the following zoning district classifications. Throughout this ordinance, map, block and lot numbers are used to identify properties; in all cases they are derived from the Allegheny County Block and Lot System and will be represented in the standard format of map number - block number - lot number.
1. From RM-H, Residential Multi-Unit High Density, RP, Residential Planned Development, and UNC, Urban Neighborhood Commercial, to P, Park, all certain property designated as 8-C-260, 23-R-220, 8-C-514, 8-C-515, 8-C-145, 8-C-150, and 8-C-518.
2. From RM-H, Residential Multi-Unit High Density, CP, Commercial Planned Development, and RP, Residential Planned Development, to UNC, Urban Neighborhood Commercial, all certain property bounded by Arch Street, 23-P-90, North Commons, Federal Street, Montgomery Place, 23-R-80, Union Avenue, 8-D-50, 8-D-20, South Commons, Federal Street, North Canal Street, 8-G-208-9, 8-G-320, 8-G-300, West Commons, 5-C-26, 8-B-100, and Arch Street.
