Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission for the purpose of receiving grant funds in the amount of TWENTY THOUSAND ($20,000.00) dollars to complete an updated architectural inventory of the Manchester Neighborhood with a special focus on civil rights era properties. A local match of TWENTY THOUSAND ($20,000) dollars will bring the total project cost to FORTY THOUSAND ($40,000) dollars.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County in order to receive a grant award TWENTY THOUSAND ($20,000.00) dollars. Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund account 1129400485.45527.00.
Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are further authorized to enter into an Agreement, or Contract, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts, to make all legitimate expenditures required by said Agreement(s) as outlined in Section 1. Said expenditures shall not to exceed of TWENTY FIVE ($20,000.00) dollars chargeable to and payable from the appropriate expense account in the Grants Trust Fund job number 1129400485.
Section 3. A local match of TEN THOUSAND ($10,000) dollars each shall come from Capital Budget job numbers 1173830019 and 1130172121for a total match of TWENTY THOUSAND ($20,000) and a total project cost of FOURTY THOUSAND ($40,000) dollars.
