Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The City of Pittsburgh ("City") is hereby authorized, through its appropriate officers and officials, to execute and deliver a quitclaim deed in form approved by the City Solicitor, conveying the following described property.
