Resolution further Amending Resolution No. 933 of 2000, entitled, "A Resolution submitting a report of recommendations of the Street and Sidewalk Vending Site Designation Committee," by including four (4) additional sites on Fort Duquesne Blvd. at the corners of 6th and 7th Avenues.

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.  Amending Resolution No. No. 933 of 2000, entitled, "A Resolution submitting a report of recommendations of the Street and Sidewalk Vending Site Designation Committee," by adding four (4) additional permanent street and sidewalk vending sites on Fort Duquesne Blvd., as follows:

(4) Additional Sites                     Fort Duquesne Blvd. - Corners of 6th and 7th Avenues

(4) Sites previously approved (1 @ each corner)

8 Sites in Total

NOTE: I do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance duly engrossed and certified, was delivered by me to the Mayor for his approval of disapproval and that the Mayor failed to approve or disapprove the same, whereupon it became law without his approval, under the provisons of the Act of the Assembly in such case made and provided.
