Title
An Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Zoning Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article 1, Chapter 902, Section 902.03, Zoning District Map No. 8 by changing various zoning district classifications in the Beltzhoover community in accord with the Pittsburgh Neighborhood Remapping Project relative to the City's new Urban Zoning Code.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 902.03, Zoning District Map No. 8, of the Pittsburgh Code is hereby amended so as to change the following zoning district classifications:
1. From "R2-L" Residential Two-Unit, Low Density and "LNC" Local Neighborhood Commercial District to "LNC" Local Neighborhood Commercial District all that certain property bounded by: West Warrington Avenue, Haberman Avenue, Cicero Way, lot number 336, block 15-D in the Allegheny County Lot and Block System, West Warrington Avenue, Estella Avenue, Cicero Way, lot number 84, block 14-A in the aforesaid system, East Warrington Avenue, Curtin Avenue, Industry Street, Estella Avenue, Industry Way, Vincent Street, Climax Street and Haberman Street, 18th Ward.
2. From "R2-L" Residential Two-Unit, Low Density, "RM-M" Residential Multi-Unit, Moderate Density, "LNC" Local Neighborhood Commercial and "PO" Park and Open Space to "R2-H" Residential Two-Unit, High Density all that certain property bounded by: Kingsboro Street, Craighead Street, East Warrington Avenue, Beltzhoover Avenue, Zelda Way, Bernd Street, Vandalia Street, Eldora Place, Michigan Street, Delmont Avenue, Amesbury Street, Taft Avenue, lot number 66, block 15-R in the aforesaid system, Percilla Way, Bigger Street, Buffington Avenue, lot number 250, block 15-F in the aforesaid system, Sylvania Avenue, Boggston Avenue, lot number 77, block 15-K in the aforesaid system, Climax Street, Vivian Way, Taft Avenue, Boggston Avenue, West Warrington Avenue, Haberman Avenue, Climax Street, Vincent Street, Industr...
