Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Director of the Department  of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts for the renovation and rehabilitation of war memorials at various locations throughout the City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed One Hundred Thousand ($ 100,000.00) Dollars, chargeable to and payable from Fund 5100, Org. 400000, Sub Class PGHPR, Project 2238450, Account 525500, Budget Year 2003, Department of Public Works.
