Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Resolution No.245 of 1951, entitled "Opening Dagmar Avenue, in the Ninteenth Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, from the northerly line of the Joseph Fontana Plan of Lots to a property line 450.02 feet, more or less, northwardly therefrom and providing that the costs, damages and expenses occasioned thereby be assessed against and collected from properties benefited thereby", in the 19th Ward, 4^th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh is hereby repealed.
