Resolution repealing Resolution 318 of 1999, effective May 27, 1999, entitled, "Providing for an agreement(s) or contract(s), or use existing Agreement(s) or Contract(s), with consultants, vendors, and/or contractors for the purpose of planning and/or implementation costs of the Hazelwood Second Avenue Development Project and related costs in support of this project at a cost not to exceed $27,600.00.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  Resolution No. 318 of 1999, effective May 27, 1999, which presently reads as follows:

"SECTION 1.  The Mayor and the Director of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or Contract or Contracts, or use existing Agreement(s) or Contract(s) with consultants, vendors, and/or contractors for the purpose of planning and/or implementation costs of the Hazelwood Second Avenue Development Project and related costs in support of this project, at a cost not to exceed $27,600.00, chargeable to and payable from 1999 NPA - "Department of City Planning", Hazelwood Second Avenue Development Project, 500000-5100-110000-PGHPR-2205905-1999."

Is hereby repealed in its entirety.
